Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or just love a good chat, our weekly Knit & Natter group at Homefield Grange Nursing Home is the perfect place to share stories and enjoy meaningful moments together.

Held every Tuesday, we invite family, friends, and members of the local community to bring along their yarn or current project and join residents for a relaxing afternoon of crafting, conversation and companionship. You’ll find fresh tea, coffee and homemade treats waiting, plus the joy of connecting with others in a friendly, dementia-friendly care home environment.
