The inaugural hydration Drop of Wisdom event will take place at Sanford House, focusing on all aspects of hydration. In collaboration with the Norfolk and Waveney Hydration Champion CPD Forum, we invite you to join our hydration champions to learn how to maintain proper hydration as you age—hydration is essential. Small changes can lead to significant impact; it all starts with a sip.
