Christmas Oomph

For December, Christmas sparkle was brought into one of our regular Oomph sessions by means of new props purchased by Debie.Batons with sparkle that made gentle noises brought smiles and laughter as we exercised in a fun way whilst some also sang-along to the music playing. The benefits that can be achieved from Oomph sessions are quite numerous, even from the few who decline participating.Debbie also won the Award for best OOMPH Organizer for our Division in Caring Homes in November. Well done Debie!
