Wonderful feedback for Broadbridge Park, Horsham’s newest Care Home
Caring Homes and the team at Broadbridge Park in Horsham recently welcomed over 60 members of their local community in to view their new luxury care home, its luxurious fit out and beautiful gardens, during an open weekend event.
Broadbridge Park, the latest new development by Caring Homes, is a stunning luxury care home located in the heart of Horsham’s new Care Village, surrounded by countryside.
Guests who seized the opportunity to visit Broadbridge Park, which is now fully open, were very impressed by the home, internally and externally saying that it is, “Luxurious and beautifully furnished,” adding that, “It has a warm family atmosphere, with an excellent home manager, who gave us confidence that we could definitely enjoy the highest quality care and remain active in our community.” Guests gave positive feedback about the locality of the home as part of the new Care Village and the ease of access to community facilities, which will offer residents the opportunity to remain a part of their vibrant community and to build new friendships as events and activities are hosted across the Care Village.
Every member of the team at the home got involved in welcoming guests and sharing their expertise and knowledge, demonstrating their passion and commitment to providing a focus on person-centred care. Knowing that high quality food is as important as the care for many, the chef was delighted to showcase the hospitality team’s skills, with guests tasting canapes, and other welcome treats. The team have already hosted events for the benefit of prospective residents including many of the colleagues singing songs from The Proms onsite following afternoon tea. Each event in the run up to the home’s opening has been well attended with many finding the opportunity to meet the team invaluable in easing any concerns around moving.
The highly skilled team will provide the highest standards of residential, nursing and dementia care for 71 older people, in a home that offers first class facilities and accommodation, including acoustic monitoring throughout, digital care monitoring and a nurse call system, allowing residents to feel welcome, relaxed and secure whilst also enjoying an active and independent lifestyle.
