One resident said; “The food is good here and there are snacks if you want them.”

Home activities were also praised with the coordinator seen to “bring things to life” and provide varied sessions with the emphasis on fun. A ‘Wish Tree’ had been introduced and staff at the home worked towards fulfilling the wishes of the residents which were written onto leaves and attached to the tree.

The report continues, saying that staff were seen to be kind and caring and that people’s privacy and dignity were respected.
