Giving a helping hand

Located in Felixstowe with beautiful sea views, Cotman House and Lodge provide residential care for up to 61 elderly residents in an atmosphere that feels like home from home. The care team is focused on meeting people’s individual requirements with dignity and respect.Joanne Rix, Home Manager at Cotman House and Lodge, says; “Everyone is met with a smile and welcome at our home from both staff and residents alike. Whilst providing excellent care and support for each individual we also strive to ensure that each person remains as independent as possible for as long as they can with support and encouragement from our friendly team at Cotman House and Lodge.”Our highly skilled carers take the time to get to know all of our residents, learning their personal history, preferences, routines, hobbies and interests.
