Mellish House meet the animals

The residents of Mellish House welcomed some unusual visitors recently when animal petting company Zoolab called in.

The home was filled with an array of animals including a tortoise, some guinea pigs and even several snakes.

The residents enjoyed meeting them all and talking to their handlers about each of the animals and their likes and dislikes.

Situated in the quiet village of Great Cornard, Mellish House is a purpose built home providing residential care for up to 48 elderly people living with a form of dementia.
