Fun for all at Guysfields summer fete

There was fun for young and old at a care home on the outskirts of Letchworth at the weekend as it held its annual summer fête.There was outdoor fun including a barbecue, tea and cake, face-painting and more on Sunday afternoon at Guysfield Care Home in Willian.Residents, guests and the care team also enjoyed entertainment in the form of live music and a tombola – as a handy sum was raised to fund future activities at the home.Home manager Pawel Michalewicz said “It was a really lovely day for our residents. We’ve raised more than £200, which is going to be used for residents’ activities here at Guysfield Care Home. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who participated and got involved on the day.
