Elfreda is 102 Years Young at Oaken Holt

Elreda Philips has been celebrating her 102nd birthday this week at Oaken Holt care home in Farmoor, Oxford.

Elfreda, who has been a resident at the Farmoor home for three years, enjoyed a family party with her two daughters, grandchildren and great-children, including a group of relatives from America.

There was also a special cake baked for Elfreda to share with her friends at the home, where she has also celebrated her 100th and 101st birthdays.

Home manager Sherrie Hume said;
“Elfreda is a real character at the home and always has plenty of stories to tell, she takes part in events when she can and loves to chat to her carers and other residents.”
