Posted on Thursday 24th January
Residents at Cedar House, in Norfolk, recently enjoyed the traditional Christmas visit from the local 1st Hethersett Cub Scouts.
The Cubs kindly helped the staff to prepare a roast pork lunch, under the supervision of staff and their leaders, then helping to serve the delicious lunch to all of the residents.
After lunch the cubs helped the Cedar House staff to clear away and even lent a hand with the washing up which was definitely a hit with the kitchen staff at the Norfolk home.
Located in the quiet village of Yelverton which is near Norwich, Cedar House retirement home is a fine period property providing a care home in Norfolk and nursing care for up to 24 elderly people.
