Alpacas visit Laverstock

Barry Pentelow, Laverstock Care Centre's award winning activities coordinator, arranged an alpaca experience for the residents and any family members who wished to join in on the fun.

Many of Laverstock's residents joined one another down stairs in garden view to watch and feel these most amazing and very cute animals. It brought much joy and fun to all of those including myself and the smiles were seen throughout the experience. One of the residents even suggested making some nice winter coats from there fur or a nice rug for his room.

I look forward to the visiting again and so do the residents it was a wonderful afternoon!
