Many of our team have worked at Caring Homes for several years and have found their careers flourish. Here are their stories…

“Since my first day of joining Caring Homes I knew that I had made the right decision, all the staff wanted to get to know me and the residents welcomed me into their home. Over the years it has become clear that their is a ‘family’ feeling that runs through the company and everyone in the home pulls together as a team.

There have been a number of opportunities for me to develop my skills and knowledge both within the home and by taking part in the unique ‘Living in My World’ dementia training that the company offers.

I am very happy and feel supported day-to-day and I can’t wait to progress my career further at Caring Homes.”

“I have been at Caring Homes for over 5 years’ and everyday is different, which is what I love about my job. There is nothing better than seeing a resident smile and knowing you have played a part in making their day better. All the staff at the home are like a support network to each other and this is something that I never take for granted.

As a team we do everything we can to become a ‘home-from-home’ for our residents and we learn from each other at every opportunity so that we can all develop together to see the improvements we can make.”
