Suzanne scoops ‘Hearts of Gold’ award

Bradbury House has recently introduced a staff reward scheme entitled the ‘Hearts of Gold’ scheme, set up to celebrate the commitment and compassion shown by the team towards the residents of the 17th Century home.

One staff member is chosen each month that has ‘gone the extra mile’ within the course of their duties. This month’s winner was Suzanne Seaborn (pictured alongside Nikki Leaney, Bradbury House Manager) who was awarded a bouquet of flowers and money to take their key worker residents to the local hotel for lunch.

Located in the heart of the historic town of Braintree, Bradbury House enjoys an enviable reputation for delivering the very highest standard of residential care in a homely environment for up to 21 elderly people.
