Phyllis and Baby Christmas at Hulcott

At Hulcott Nursing Home in Aylesbury we all feel like a family here and it is always delightful to welcome our resident’s and team’s children and families when they come to visit. It’s even more exciting when we have a great grandchild visit us and on Christmas Day too.

There were no tears or tantrums when baby Aiden came along with his parents and joined us for Christmas lunch. Only maybe some tears of joy at how wonderful it was to see so many generations all together on this special day.

Dressed in his Father Christmas outfit and always happy to be the centre of attention, Aiden was content for Margaret (Manager) and Phyllis (Resident) to hold him and he was definitely showered with lots of love and cuddles.

Karl our SMO also could not resist and took delight in showing the baby off to the other residents at Hulcott. Thank you Aiden and family for sharing this occasion with us and bringing some baby Christmas joy to all as well as everyone else who came together with us either to visit, support or work over the Christmas period. It is the people that make occasions and we all had a wonderful time. May we celebrate lots more fun filled days together in 2018.
