Olympic Collage

Residents of Bradbury House in Essex have been getting into the Olympic Spirit and making a collage ahead of the home’s very own version of the Paralympics.

From the 14th August, events including Javelin, tennis and even welly throwing will take place complete with awards ceremonies and medals.

Staff will spend the week in sporting attire and there will also be an Olympic themed quiz and special Olympic style meals, including pasta in the shape of tennis balls that has been specially sourced by the manager.

Bradbury House is run by family-owned Caring Homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery. The home provides residential support for up to 21 people in the historic town of Braintree.
