Local MP Visits Bradbury House

The local MP for Braintree, James Cleverly, visited Bradbury House care home on Friday 22nd January to meet the manager, care team and residents. He received a full tour of the home and took part in Oomph! an exercise programme for the elderly recently introduced to a number of Caring Homes care homes.

Jolene Anderson, Home Manager at Bradbury House, said: “It is really nice that our local MP takes the time out of his very busy schedule to visit us and meet our residents. He spent a lot of time with them and was also really interested in the people working there and finding out how the care home was run.”

“Our Oomph! programme is really enjoyed by everyone who takes part, including Mr Cleverly. He said that care homes are a subject he is very interested in and he seemed very impressed with the atmosphere and how committed we are to providing great care.”

Bradbury House care and retirement home enjoys an enviable reputation for delivering the very highest standard of residential care. It provides a homely and friendly environment for up to 21 elderly people and has double rooms available for couples.
