Hulcott hosts tantalising tea-tasting afternoon

To celebrate the Caring Homes Charitable Partnership Day this week, Hulcott manager Margaret Smart invited friends of the home to a tantalising tea tasting afternoon.

To raise awareness of this year’s chosen charities, Diabetes UK and Parkinsons UK, residents, relatives, staff and friends were invited to come along for the afternoon to taste a variety of fruit teas brewed by the home’s Activities Coordinator.

Whilst the guests enjoyed their favourite choice of tea, Margaret gave a short talk explaining the Charitable Partnership Caring Homes has had with these and other good causes over the years.

Located in the peaceful village of the same name, Hulcott is a 19th Century house providing residential and specialist nursing care for up to 38 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
