Holding Hands in the Community

The residents of Rendlesham Care Centre welcomed children from a local school for a display of ‘Holding Hands in the Community’.

A total of 30 children from nearby Rendlesham School came along to join hands with the residents as they bridged gaps across the generations, before singing nursery rhymes and enjoying refreshments of squash and chocolate cake.

Situated on the outskirts of the village of the same name, Rendlesham is a purpose-built care home exceptional residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 60 elderly people.
