Halloween at Hulcott

The residents of Hulcott celebrated Halloween in style this year with a range of activities based on ‘the history of halloween’. With some of the the staff and residents dressed in frightful fancy dress, the scene was set for an afternoon of pumpkin carving to the sounds of some spooky music. The day concluded with a scary singalong whilst the residents enjoyed some specially made halloween delicacies, including Lime Slime Cakes and Pumpkin cakes with brains. Located in the peaceful village of the same name, Hulcott is a 19th Century house providing residential and nursing care for up to 38 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
