Forth Bay visit Arlary House Stables

Some residents from Forth Bay in Kincardine had a day out at the Arlary House Stables in Milnathort and were shown round by former Champion Jockey and trainer in National Hunt Racing Peter Scudamore & Lucinda Russell (and Tiger the dog).

Peter retired from professional racing on 7 April 1993 with a winning ride on Sweet Duke at Ascot – his 1,678th winner following a long and highly successful career.

Immediately after retirement, Scudamore became assistant trainer to his business partner Nigel Twiston-Davies.  He now lives with, and is assistant trainer to, successful Scottish jumps trainer, Lucinda Russell at the Arlary House Stables in Milnathort.

The residents had a great day out and got up close and personal with some of the horses.
