Forth Bay Grand daughters enter Tough Mudder

Abbie & Robyn Bennett, both granddaughters of resident Mae Bennett at Forth Bay in Forth, took part in the Annual Tough Mudder Event this year to raise funds for the Home. Together in association with William Hill Bookmakers they raised an incredible £950 between them for the Peppermill Unit.  Residents, staff and family members are discussing various ideas on what they can spend the money on for the benefit of the residents.

Tough Mudder is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10-12 mile long military style obstacle courses.  It tests mental as well as physical strength and often plays on common human fears, such as fire, water, electricity and heights.

A massive thanks from everyone at Forth Bay to Abbie & Robyn for an incredible achievement and also special thanks to William Hill (Bookmakers) who made it all possible by sponsoring them!
