East Hill House residents enjoy school harvest festival

The residents of East Hill House paid a visit to their local infant school this week to watch the children take part in their harvest festival. The residents enjoyed the songs from the ‘Giant Jam Sandwich’ they received as well as the tea and cake made by the children. For many of the residents, the festival transported them back to their childhoods and they could not believe how much the school had changed over the years. The schoolchildren were the perfect hosts during the event and everyone had a lovely afternoon. Located in the village of Liss, the attractive Hampshire care home provides residential and specialist dementia care in a unique setting for up to 35 elderly people.
