East Hill House at the Hampshire Care Awards

East Hill House Residential Care Home in Liss are proud to have attended and been shortlisted in the Hampshire Care Awards, which were held at Winchester Guild Hall. The home was shortlisted and a finalist in the Care/Nursing Home of the year and Home Manager Samantha Booty was a finalist in Manager of the year.

East Hill House staff, residents and families could not be prouder to have Sam in the top 3, her nomination that was entered stated that Samantha goes above and beyond her job title, she is a real asset to the home, and the staff wouldn’t be without her!

She has a massive involvement with all the factors at the home, and the home itself is well known in the local community because of Sam! If anyone deserve this and more it is definitely her.

RE: A message from the CEO and Clinical Director

At Caring Homes we are following the latest Government advice and stopping visitors to all our homes, except for essential visits by healthcare professionals who will be required to adhere to strict protocols.

We understand that this may be very difficult for families but we are clear in our duty to ensure we protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our Residents and Colleagues as our top priority.

We want you to know that you can contact your loved ones through calls, emails, video and social media and we will support our Residents to view any messages you send over. We are confident that the teams in our homes are doing all they can to ensure that life remains as comfortable and sociable as possible. There will be a full programme of activities delivered by our in-house health and wellbeing teams.
