This event is run by Macmillan and is their biggest fundraising event for people dealing with cancer.

Date: 30th September from 10.30am

Where: Whittington House Nursing Home, 58 Whittington Road Cheltenham, Gloucestershire GL51 6BL

Our residents, friends, families helped bake a selection of mouth-watering cakes and pastries for all of us to enjoy and we enjoyed a series of fun activities such as:

  • 10.00am – Whittington House ‘Bake Sale’ with refreshments served throughout the morning
  • 10.45am – ‘Bake Off’ competition judging
  • 12.00pm – ‘Spot the Cake’ Competition announcement

Whittington House are proud to be supporting a worthwhile organisation such as Macmillan. People all over the UK will be hosting their own coffee mornings and funds from our event will be donated so they may continue their great work providing practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.
