Brooklyn host successful summer fete

Brooklyn house once again enjoyed a sunny Saturday afternoon of food, fun and frolics.

Residents lapped up the sun and helped run stalls which included a raffle, tombola, craft stalls and BBQ. The cake stall run by the kitchen once again proved to be very popular.

Local businesses including A and G Butchers, The Flower Box, Burrows greengrocers M & Co, Woodys Fish bar, The Lions, The Gallery and The Italian restaurant. gave generous raffle prizes.

£580 was raised.
