A day of Spanish celebration at Claydon House

The residents of Claydon House were transported to sunnier climes this week as the staff hosted a Spanish-themed day in the home.

Many of the staff and residents got in the mood by dressing up in Spanish colours or costumes to take part in a Spanish quiz. The successful celebrations continued with Paella, Spanish Omelette and tasty tapas for lunch, all of which went down nicely with a glass of Sangria! In the afternoon, the residents were treated to some traditional Spanish guitar entertainment, before getting to grips with the local lingo thanks to their Spanish Care Assistant Ana.

Located on a quiet residential crescent at the heart of Lewes, Claydon House provides care and nursing support for up to 47 people.
