This is an excellent opportunity for Registered General Nurses or Registered Mental Nurses to join our newly-built care centre in Shipton-under-Wychwood, near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire. Tall Trees Care Centre is a state of the art purpose-built care home facility providing quality nursing and dementia care. It is a new addition to the Caring Homes Group, regarded as the largest independently owned and operated care home group in the UK, and experienced Registered Nurses are sought to become part of this exceptional facility.
You will be responsible for the professional delivery of quality care based on the assessment of our residents’ individual needs. The successful candidates will have clinical experience of working with older people, and specific dementia/Alzheimer’s experience would be advantageous. You must share our philosophy of practicing exceptional care standards, and be passionate about working in an environment where this is paramount.
The new care and nursing team at Tall Trees Care Centre can expect to benefit from a robust infrastructure of training and development, and will be joining a care home and company who are dedicated to promotion from within and the development of their team.
