De Parys is a care home in Bedford for younger people with Learning Disabilities. They require an experienced Home Manager.
You will need to be a qualified RMA/NVQ level 4 with at least 2 years experience in working in services for people with disabilities. You will also be keen to progress, be an excellent communicator and have the ability to progress your career.
Should you not be qualified to RMA/NVQ Level 4 status, you will need to be prepared to undertake this, as it is subject to registration with CSCI.
