Dining Supervisor
We are a well established care organization that provides a safe and homely environment where the unique needs of individuals are recognized and skilled staff is available. To ensure this we offer training and development for all staff to ensure that service standards are achieved.
ROLE – Reporting to the Home Manager – To work in the dining room, working as a team, set, serve, and clear tables of the residents of the home.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Polite and courteous when welcoming residents into the dining room
· Provide efficient service at all times to maintain the exceptional standard of quality and service
· Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service, any queries you cannot answer should be passed to your supervisor
Person Spec – (higher weighting has more importance)
10 – Experience of working in a similar role
10 – Good Communication Skills
10 – Ability to work on own initiative
10 – Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene within the workplace
9 – Good interpersonal skills
