Terms and Conditions
Room reservations must be taken before 31st August. A limited number of rooms are available at each participating home and allocated on a first come first served basis. Payment for a week’s short stay, or multiples thereof, must be paid by cheque in advance of arrival. You will pay the room rate as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room rates at any Caring Homes’ care home may change up to the date of your arrival. Cancellation of a room reservation must be made by 10am on the day of arrival. Failure of the customer to cancel before 10am on the day of arrival gives Caring Homes the right to charge for one day’s accommodation. Rooms are available from 11am on the arrival date. Please let your chosen Caring Homes care home know if you are likely to arrive after 5pm. Your room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result Caring Homes the right to charge for one night’s accommodation. Although Caring Homes will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met. All stays are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, and early evening supper/dinner, and non-alcoholic beverages. With the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed to accompany on your stay. Room reservations are subsequently subject to a care assessment by a Caring Homes care home representative prior to room occupation. Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used on the premises. Residents are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the Caring Homes care home. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or visitors results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to Caring Homes on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. The manager's decision is final and binding in all matters.
