Huntercombe Hall

Huntercombe Hall is a stunning Victorian Manor House which has been sympathetically converted into a care home of distinction. It is located in the delightful village of Nuffield, close to the charming town of Wallingford and within a 15 minute drive from Henley on Thames.

Huntercombe Hall is surrounded by large landscaped gardens with level lawns with commanding views across open countryside and woodland. The homes’ proximity to local services and facilities make it easily accessible, whilst benefiting from a rural location.

In this tranquil location residential care is provided to up to 48 people over the age of 60. It is our aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable home with a friendly and companionable atmosphere, where residents can enjoy the highest standard of care from highly trained and qualified staff.

The Hall

This elegant home provides light and attractive accommodation over 2 floors with a grand sweeping oak staircase and lift linking the ground and first floor making all areas of the home easily accessible.

On the ground floor there are a number of luxurious communal areas including a panelled library. There is also a charming sitting room with large picture windows overlooking the gardens, a smaller more intimate sitting room which leads into the popular conservatory and a panelled dining room. All of the communal areas retain their original features, including period fireplaces, providing an elegant and spacious accommodation.
