Mayor to open New Wing at Claydon House Care Home
Claydon House Care Home with nursing, in Lewes, East Sussex, has invited the Lord Lieutenant for East Sussex, Mr Peter Field, to open the new Admiralty wing on Thursday 25th June.
During the week, visitors are welcome to come along to ‘drop in’ sessions on Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th June between 5pm and 7pm, and Saturday 27th June between 2pm and 4pm. Other service providers will also be present during these. On Wednesday 24th June, Symponia, the care fee planning company, will be providing advice and giving a presentation on care fee planning for the future. Additionally on Thursday 25th June, there will be a presentation on ‘Lasting Powers of Attorney in Relation to the Mental Capacity Act and Advanced Decisions’. Home manager Sharon Hart will be giving tours around the home, providing an opportunity to see the state-of-the-art facilities.
