South London Nursing Homes are Acquired by Award Winning Caring Homes Group
A group of three nursing homes in the South of London have been acquired by the successful Caring Homes Group, the UK’s largest independently owned care home group renowned for its groundbreaking approach to raising standards within the industry.
The three homes, Galsworthy House, Knowle Park and The Pines, are all at premium locations in the South of London and Surrey. The addition of these three luxury properties adds another 172 quality beds to the Caring Homes portfolio.
David Beecham, Acquisitions Director for the Caring Homes Group, explains: “We are extremely pleased to be able to include such high quality homes as Galsworthy House, Knowle Park and The Pines within the Caring Homes Group. The acquisition has enabled us to expand our portfolio in the South of England, extending our service offer. The Caring Homes Group aims to provide high-quality individualised care to all residents, a philosophy which the South London homes share with us.”
Each home has a unique, spectacular setting. Galsworthy House, located in a semi-rural setting near Kingston upon Thames, is an elegant historic building dating back to 1860. Recently refurbished, the home benefits from stunning views over Richmond Park, with open spaces, natural beauty, and abundant wildlife.
Built in 1823, on the site of the original Manor House, Knowle Park is situated within nine acres of scenic parkland close to the village of Cranleigh, Surrey. Enjoying beautiful views of the rolling countryside and the Hanscombe Hills, the home has recently been extensively refurbished, with particular care taken to retain the historic character and original style of the building.
The Pines, located in an attractive urban area of Putney, South West London, is a beautiful, recently refurbished Edwardian building. A highly regarded nursing care home, The Pines offers excellent communal areas and spacious private bedrooms.
