A Wiltshire based care home for people with dementia enters an exciting new chapter of its 11-year history after being acquired by the award winning Caring Homes group.

After announcing the acquisition of Miranda House at Wootton Basset, near Swindon, Emma Charlton, Marketing Director of Essex based Caring Homes, said: “We are extremely proud to have acquired such a prestigious care home and Caring Homes will continue to build on the excellent reputation Miranda House already enjoys.

”Miranda House is a modern, purpose built care home catering for older people suffering from dementia and provides residential care for 68 residents in 68, fully furnished single rooms. Each room has its own private en-suite facility, TV point and private telephone line, if required.
The care home, which opened in 1996, also benefits from picturesque landscaped gardens, a state-of-the-art relaxation room with calming visual and sound effects, a hairdressing salon and its own in-house chef.
