Sundridge Court Open Day

This week Sundridge Court in Bromley took part in National Care Home Open Day.

The idea behind this day was to celebrate all that is good about care homes – and all the things we do well. We also want to make our local community aware that we are here and help them understand what goes on at Sundridge. We regularly invite local schools and the community into the home but this was also used as an excuse to celebrate for the final time the Queen’s birthday.

The local primary visited us, all 88 pupils! The residents do love meeting the children and speaking with them. Everyone had a fabulous day and we raised £124 for our residents fund by holding a raffle.

Thank you to everyone that help make the day special for us here at Sundridge Court!
