Residents enjoy a wild time at The Magna

 Residents and staff at The Magna Care Centre near Wimborne took a walk on the wild side recently with a visit from the team at ‘Zoolab.’

Zoolab deliver unusual animal therapy sessions that reportedly contribute to improving physical, psychological and social wellbeing. Residents were able to interact with various animals that they were introduced to, Norma Grainger is pictured holding a Corn Snake during the session.

The Magna is run by family-owned Caring Homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery. The home provides residential and specialist nursing care for up to 65 elderly ladies and gentlemen in the picturesque village of Canford Magna, near Wimborne in Dorset.
