Movement for Health at Deer Park View

The sound of music was flowing through the corridors of Deer Park View this week as a group of residents took part in a lively Movement for Health session.

The activity group, presented by Linzi and Mark, aims to encourage residents to participate to improve health, coordination and memory through the use of musical instruments, quizzes and nostalgic music.
The residents took full advantage of the interactive session as they joined in enthusiastically for a fun-filled afternoon of music, singing, dancing and exercise.

Located opposite the magnificent Bushy Royal Park at the heart of Teddington, Deer Park View provides residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 60 elderly people.
