Marchglen care worker raises money for multiple sclerosis

Sarah Muir, a support worker at Marchglen Care Centre in Fishcross, decided she wanted to raise money for the multiple sclerosis trust as there are many residents at Marchglen who have it, it has also been discussed a lot more in the community recently.

Sarah decided to hold a ‘ Be bold on blue tea party’  on the 23rd of April which raised £523 on the day, she then went on to having Monday the 25th and Tuesday the 26th as non uniform days to raise extra funds. “There was a great turnout and everyone was willing to join in” Sarah exclaimed, “My final count was £600, however it doesn’t stop there as myself and Teresa Gavin have booked to do skydive on the 24th of July to raise money for MS trust.”
