Marchglen are ‘Be bold in Blue’ for fundraising

At Marchglen Care Centre in Clackmannanshire this month we have been supporting the Multiple Sclerosis Trust as is it a cause we are very much part of at the home.

Sarah Muir, one of Support Workers here at Marchglen, decided that as there are so many residents here with multiple sclerosis, and also hearing a lot more about in the local community, she wanted to raise funds for the trust.

Sarah decided to hold a ‘ Be bold in blue tea party’  on the 23rd of April which raised £523 on the day, it was soon followed up on Monday the 25th and Tuesday the 26th with non uniform days which had a great turnout, all the support team were willing to join in.

The final fundraising count was £600, however it doesn’t stop there as Sarah and Teresa have also booked to do skydive on the 24th of July to raise money for MS trust. If you would like to back them please contact Marchglen directly.

Come back soon to find out how they got on. Good luck girls!
