Hillside hosts fall prevention talk

Resident safety and wellbeing is a top priority across the Caring Homes group. With this in mind, Hillside were delighted to welcome Sam Reid from Suffolk Age UK to give a talk on fall prevention at the home recently.
During the informative talk Sam demonstrated how to get up from a chair safely as well as showing the residents a range of exercises that they could do to strengthen their muscles and help to minimise falls.
Located in the village of Great Cornard near Sudbury, Hillside provides residential care for up to 37 elderly residents and has developed an excellent reputation for delivering the highest quality care.
