Heffle scarecrow heads off to the fair

Heffle Court resident Nancy Buss (pictured) was proud to be in charge of the home’s annual scarecrow entry for the local community fair this month.
The splendid scarecrow went on display for two weeks leading up to the ‘Heffle Cuckoo Fair’ and proved popular with the staff, residents and relatives before he headed off to the fair for judging.
Located at the heart of Heathfield, Heffle Court is a care home providing high quality care for up to 32 elderly people living with dementia.
