Gale’s hard work pays off at Hillside

Hillside’s Home Manager believes it is important to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the staff team at the home.As such, the home has recently introduced an ‘Employee of the month’ scheme, where nominated staff members are recognised for their efforts each month.This month the award was won by Gale Hamlin for her ‘continued hard work and giving 100% in her role’. Gale was particularly pleased to scoop the award as she is a new member of staff and has only recently completed her probationary period.Situated in the village of Great Cornard near Sudbury, Hillside provides the highest standard of residential and nursing care for up to 37 elderly residents.
