Ferfoot residents welcome furry friends

The residents of Ferfoot care home welcomed some familiar furry faces to the home this week for one of their popular ‘pet therapy’ sessions. The Cotswold care home regularly plays host to Tilly, Domino the nine-year-old Springer Spaniel and Shadow the 18-month-old black Labrador. The residents enjoy spending time with the dogs, with the pet therapy sessions proving a popular addition to the wide-ranging activity programme. Situated in the attractive market town of Chippenham, Ferfoot provides the highest level of residential dementia care for up to 52 elderly people.
