Denham Manor welcomes new Manager
Denham Manor in Buckinghamshire has unveiled its new Manager this week. Jayne Muir (pictured) has recently taken full charge of the 44 bed converted country home.
As a trained nurse, Jayne has dedicated over 15 years to providing care, working both as a Regional Manager and a Home Manager. Jayne chose to join Caring Homes after being inspired by Helena Jeffery’s ethos of focusing care on the individual, an approach Jayne has taken with her to Denham Manor.
Since joining the team at Denham Manor, Jayne has built strong relationships with residents and staff alike, adding to the home’s warm and friendly atmosphere. As Manager, she hopes to continue to contribute to Caring Home’s excellent reputation for quality care.
Jayne gains huge satisfaction from the positive feedback she receives from residents and their relatives, and she takes pleasure in getting to know each individual’s unique history and seeing how it can inform their tailored care.
“I will be working closely with my team to deliver the highest possible standards of care to our residents. My focus is on helping to establish strong relationships between my team and our residents and ensuring that the home has a good reputation in the local area.”
Denham Manor is run by the family-owned Caring Homes Group, which was founded in 1994 by mother and son team, Helena and Paul Jeffery. The home provides residential and specialist nursing care for up to 44 elderly people.
