Claydon House relives the Skiffle craze

Claydon House was reliving the sound of ‘Skiffle’ this week as a local band entertained the residents with their upbeat take on the popular musical movement. Skiffle is a type of 1950’s music with jazz, blues, folk, and roots influences that proved as popular as ever, with a number of the staff and residents up dancing at the West Sussex home. Located on a quiet residential crescent at the heart of Lewes, Claydon House provides care and nursing support for up to 47 people.
