Al fresco exercise at Standon Hall

With the weather improving recently, the residents of Standon Hall decided to take their regular exercise class ‘al fresco’ this week.

The group always enjoy the lively sessions, which involve them using a parachute, balls and hula-hoops to do different exercises; and the sunshine only helped to get the endorphins pumping and put a smile on everyone’s face.

Standon Hall is a quite magnificent manor house, which has been sympathetically converted to provide residential care in the form of fine country living for up to 22 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
