Abbeycrest residents relive school days

The residents of Abbeycrest were delighted to accept an invitation to visit nearby Queen Anne’s school for girls recently.

A total of 21 residents made the trip to enjoy a concert put on by the girls, before being treated to sandwiches and cakes at the impressive independent school in Caversham, Berkshire. Upon leaving, each of the residents was even presented with a beautifully seasonal poinsettia for their room.

Located in the peaceful village of Sonning Common at the heart of the Chilterns, Abbeycrest offers exceptional residential, nursing and specialist dementia care for up to 80 elderly ladies and gentlemen.
