52nd Wedding Anniversary celebrated at Coppice Lea
Posted on Tuesday 16th August
Gillian and Graham celebrated their 52nd Wedding Anniversary this month by having lunch on the patio at Coppice Lea in Merstham.
Gillian was training to be a teacher and Graham was training to be a Vicar when they met each other in Christchurch Coventry in the Midlands. They dated for four years before they married in 1964, and have since had three children, one daughter and two sons, they also have seven grandchildren between the ages of eight and sixteen!
In his role as a Vicar, throughout the years, Graham has baptized, married and buried many people. Graham has many talents including car maintenance and home improvements, the couple have lived in eight different locations and been based in Redhill for the past ten years. Gillian and Graham have also have enjoyed countless caravaning holidays in Europe during their time together with their family.
Graham believes that God is in charge of his life and has been very happy and content at Coppice Lea since his arrival in August 2015 and has no shortage of visitors.
On behalf of myself and all the staff I would like to congratulate Gillian and Graham on their milestone 52nd wedding anniversary and wish them both best wishes and good luck for the future.
