St George Care Centre is a modern purpose-built home located in a pleasant residential area near St George Park, less than three miles from Bristol city centre. The home provides residential and specialist nursing care for up to 68 elderly people. St George is also able to provide care and support for up to five people below the age of 50.

This beautifully prepared home offers outstanding care in a bright and airy environment designed specifically for this purpose. St George’s dedicated staff team work very closely with each of our residents, their families and loved ones, to ensure personally tailored care plans are put in place.

Residents are encouraged to bring important personal possessions to personalise their rooms. The home operates an open visiting policy, where residents and loved ones may visit at convenient times. In common with all of our homes, St George’s manager has a qualified nursing background. The home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission and has ISO9001/2000 and Hospitality Assured accreditation.

St George Care Home in Bristol offers a full range of residential and nursing care support, including trial stays, respite breaks and convalescent care as well as long term care.

All our care homes have a dedicated activities co-ordinator who is on hand to support residents in learning new hobbies and maintaining existing ones.

An activities programme is developed by the activities co-ordinators who work in conjunction with the clinical team in reviewing each individuals occupational interests and tailoring an activities programme that addresses them.
