"My mother went into Sanford House on December 24 2013 (Xmas Eve). She was made very welcome by the staff. Obviously, we went to see her Xmas Day, she had a visit from Mother & Father Christmas, even a tube of hand cream. Mum had dinner in her room, it was a lovely looking meal, we were even asked if we would like a dinner, it was a wonderful start for us as well as mum. She has her off days, but mostly happy!" - Faith Tillcock
"Very impressed with positive attitude to life for everyone, even when as a family we were thinking dad's life would not be much any more. Also pleased with the level of detail in the care plans and their attitude of really finding out about the person in their care especially since he has dementia so its not a straightforward process. Kind, friendly, positive, careful and caring. Security all round." - J. G
